CONTACT ROUTES

Three contact paths for legal requests

Legal questions need a traceable path, not a vague chat thread. We route every request through a channel we can log, so you can ask about terms, privacy, cookies, payment references, or…

Live chat log Use live chat after signing in when you need a quick legal wording check. The agent can see your account ID, recent wallet rail, and browser session without asking you to paste private payment data.
Email legal request Send formal requests to our legal mailbox when you need a written answer about terms, privacy, cookies, or account access. Include your registered email, last login date, and the payment rail involved.
Account form path Open Account > Legal Center > Request Help when you want a data correction or record copy. The form adds a case number and keeps the reply tied to your signed-in account.
DATA HANDLING

Six ways we handle legal data

Your legal file is not one single folder; it is built from account details, device signals, cookie choices, payment references, and messages you send us.

Account data

We collect account details that help us identify you, apply the terms, and respond to legal requests. Name fields, registered email, phone number, and sign-in history are handled separately from game activity records.

Cookie control

Cookies help keep your session, language choice, and security checks working on mobile and computer browsers. You can clear them in your browser, but some account checks may need a fresh sign-in.

Payment records

DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS references are stored as transaction records, not as full wallet access. We use them to match deposits, withdrawals, disputes, and legal requests to the correct account.

Access logs

We log device type, IP range, sign-in time, and account actions when needed for security or legal checks. These logs help us investigate account takeover reports and disputed payment activity.

Retention window

Records are kept only for as long as needed for account operation, legal duties, dispute handling, and fraud checks. When a record is no longer needed, we remove or separate it from active account use.

Change request

To request a change, start from Account > Profile or the Legal Center form. We may ask for a wallet reference, registered email check, or chat case number before editing stored details.

Seven legal questions from your account

These questions cover the legal steps you ask us about most: account eligibility, data access, payment records, cookies, and the way term updates reach you. If your issue involves a locked wallet or a disputed transaction, contact us from the signed-in account so we can match the legal request to your records. Screenshots help when a QRIS reference is involved.

The account terms apply from the moment you create login details, accept the Legal page, and use wallet or lobby tools. Access to any category depends on local law and our account checks.

Payment ownership checks help us match DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS activity to your account before we answer sensitive legal or wallet questions. This prevents another person from using your receipt to request changes.

Yes. Send the request through Account > Legal Center or email us from your registered address. We check account ownership first, then prepare the data we can share under the applicable terms.

Start in Account > Profile and choose the correction option, or contact support if the field is locked. We may ask for your registered email, phone check, and a recent wallet reference.

Cookies are covered because they affect sign-in, security checks, and session continuity. You can manage them in your browser, but removing them may require a fresh login and another account verification step.

When terms change, we place the updated wording in the Legal Center and may ask you to accept it at your next sign-in. If you disagree, contact us before continuing account activity.

Use the signed-in Legal Center form for account-specific disputes, or email the legal mailbox for formal written requests. Include your case number, wallet rail, transaction time, and registered email.
